Safe Van Lines took away most of our fears from moving from Fort Myers, FL., to NW Indiana. They kept in touch with us from beginning to end, and helped store our items until we were ready to move in our new home. The movers were wonderful from packing at our old house, to setting up our large items in the new place. A shout out to Evan and Cassidy for putting up with all of our calls and questions. We definitely recommend using Safe Van Lines!

Finally moved out of state & after some hiccups both Cassidy & Carolina kept me informed of my belongings with the move. Igor the owner/manager also was very helpful regarding getting everything to me smoothly. Max the actual mover picked up & loaded my belongings to the truck so quickly and carefully in Florida. He was super nice and answered all my questions. He was also my delivery mover here in Alabama. He unloaded quickly and made sure all was safely in my apartment. Definitely was a learning experience but glad it worked out so well.

After a really bad experience from a move to Greenville NC to Tampa Fl, I was very very reluctant to even think about another moving company. I searched all avenues of renting a truck, the insurance involved, the man power needed to move from Tampa (Lutz Fl to be exact); and the gas, time, and effort involved. My husband and I (both in our 70’s) would have had the help of our daughter, grand daughter and son in law, all young and decently healthy probably could have accomplished the move. After checking prices and all involved, we decided a moving company would be our best option IF we could find one that wasn’t farmed out to every truck driver in the US. We received several emails, text messages; however Safe Van Lines was the only company, namely Evan, that took the time, and several times to listen to my horror story from previous move, and assured me his company wasn’t a broker. Explained everything in detail and we had some just general conversation to get to know each other, After about 30 days talking with him, he gave me his word that he and Caroline and Cassie would be with us every step of the way. I did my due diligence with reviews, BBB, and called (he answered) sent random text to see if he would respond (he did). The day came to move and the company could move a day earlier (offered to help come and finish packing at no charge) 👍🏻. All was ready to load without additional help,,, the gentlemen that came (I mean a gentlemen) his name was Max. He had another gentlemen with him , both super nice, did extremely well with wrapping and carefully loading. Delivery day came as expected, Max back on scene with another nice gentlemen, unloaded everything carefully, Cassie called the day after the move to follow up, to see if everything was ok. Haven’t had the time to inspect every box, and have 90 days to file a claim if something is wrong. If in the future I need another move, I will definitely know who to call. I would recommend Safevan Lines for a long distance moving company.
