I really appreciate the level of service and the transparency, its hard to get reliable techs and contractors in Miami, shared exactly why the drum was banging, he got the replacement for the rollers and installed them. Very respectful and diligent. Would recommend to anyone who needs something checked out or even just getting a second opinion.

Needed service for leaking refrigerator freezer. Said he would be delayed and could come between 5&6pm. I said ok. Did something, left to get a part and would return in an hour. Never came back nor contacted me. I texted him to find out what happened, said I would be available the next afternoon and to contact me. No contact after two more texts and a phone call that could not get through--"cannot accept more calls". By far one of the best technicians i have ever hired! First was absolutely on time with the schedule. Second a very affordable price (checked a couple more before doing it) And last but not least he had the parts in stock so basically I just waited 45 min a everything was fixed! Thanks Simon! A few days ago I had problems with the dryer in my house and I needed the assistance of a technician, they recommended me to S&M pro services and it was a success, the technician was very polite, correct in his diagnosis and with prices appropriate to reality, in conclusion a success and highly recommended.

First of all, I called them because my freezer wasnâ  t working well and it was making a weird noice. We was out of town for vacation for 5 days and when we arrived home, my kitchen was a mess, I lost some food for this problem. They came to my house and it was a quick response. Very professional and clean while he is working, now my freezer is literally working as new. He took his time to explain to me what was the problem and this weird noice.
