It was impressive. First they came by my place and gave me various options for Shingles,
and Barrel Tile. RTI evaluated the structure and strength of my roof. I made
notes and verified their conclusions with an engineer to make sure that we are
all on track. We were interested in a tile roof but my trusses could not handle
the weight so they were correct. Our choices were narrowed to Singles and Metal
roofs. RTI came by and took pictures of the entire job and helped me select the correct color scheme to insure that the
family would be happy with the final selection. We had various color samples along with the solar reflectivity numbers for each color. When it came down to review the numbers the choice was simple and clear metal was the way to go for
us. We no longer must worry about Single roofing issues. Every time the office and the staff was
available to respond to all my questions. I signed a contract with all the details spelled out. We got on their schedule for installation and on that day they were there. They guys had the vendors deliver all the roofing materials
except for the actual metal roof. They removed my old shingle roof, corrected the surface to make sure that everything was ready to accept the new metal roof. They also made sure the old plywood was in shape and replaced all the questionable
wood. They re-nailed the roof to code and made sure that my roofing ventilation was working accordingly to keep the house cool and the attic temperature under acceptable levels. They are very detail oriented.
They made sure their solution worked with all the systems already installed for my house. They
strive to pursue customer satisfaction. The best is that when asked they will explain
why they choose to do things the way they do and why it matters. Within a week
the old roof was gone and we were ready for the new roof. They walk again the
roof and re measure all the angles. Another crew arrives and the entire roof was
cut right in front of me. Arranged in the drive way and organized by sections.
The next day they started the installation process. They have metal roofing down
to a science. Every day the job supervisor walks the job to gauge what has been
completed and make additional adjustments as needed. County Inspections are
were done as each job stage was achieved. I am very satisfied with the job RTI Services
performed at my residence. It has been almost a year and we are very satisfied. My Light bill is way under control. The investment that we made was worth it. RTI Services thank you for making the
entire process painless.

They got all the permits . Even the inspector was impressed by their work.
My last roof lasted 26 years. Lets see how this one compares. I have hopes.

did not finish on the agreed upon date and cost more than the estimate (they said used more wood but never advised me of that until they presented me with the bill)
company is owned by two partners, one personable but the other an absolute bully who thinks he can intimidate you into accepting any quality of finished product just by yelling and threating

"The only mistake we made was in taking this job, in the first place. Everyone we talked to warned us about this lady, being impossible to work with and even harder to please; we found out the hard way. Her house now has a great looking roof, as anyone who sees it will attest. I met with her on a Saturday morning, with pictures to show where the additional wood was installed ($785.00) she even told me she was pleased with the job, as I was leaving. We work extremely hard, as always, to obtain and maintain the 2013 Super Service Award from Angie's List. Hopefully, anyone reading this review will take the time to read our other reviews. At RTI Services, Inc., we feel that reputations are to be lived up to not off of."
