I did it online. Although we did go into a store and the sales person that we saw was very nice and he was very helpful when I saw the different color but I did not purchase it at that time. I purchased it several months later and I did it online. It was very easy to do. I didnt have to listen to anybody. I told them what I wanted and when to deliver it.

The furniture was delivered on 12/11/10. I had the I had the set for a little over a year before I noticed that it was starting flake and crack. It started on one end of the sofa and and the loveseat started to peel after that. I called the store early in 2012 to complain that the furniture was already just about ruined. I was told then that they only give 1 year warranties. I don't remember being told this or having seen it in print and with the price that I paid for the furniture, I'm surprised that this is even an issue. I'm appalled that they wouldn't try to help in anyway or offer any suggestions. If I had known that this was the quality of their products and customer service, I would have taken my business elsewhere and will recommend others to stay away.

I REALLY LIKE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO GREAT WORK AND THEY ARE VERY CHEAP. THEY SHOWED UP AT MY HOUSE EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO. I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS.

THEY SENT FOUR REPAIRMEN OUT TO MY HOME TO TRY TO FIX IT. THEY COULD NOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO IT. THEY ARE SENDING SOMEONE FROM TEXAS TO TRY TO FIX IT. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR ONE AND A HALF YEARS. THIS IS A LOT OF TROUBLE FOR A SMALL BUTTON.

THEY WERE OK. I REALLY DO NOT HAVE MUCH ELSE TO SAY ABOUT THEM. I THINK THEY WERE NOMINAL. THE PRICE WAS GOOD BUT I REALLY HAVE NO STRONG NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, THEY DID THEIR JOB.

I FEEL THAT THE SHOW ROOM HAS FRIENDLY STAFF AND SALES PEOPLE. HOWEVER, THEY ARE VERY UNORGANIZED WHEN IT COMES TO DELIVERY AND SENDING THE RIGHT THINGS OUT TO YOUR HOME THE FIRST TIME. I WAS FRUSTRATED AND AM NOT SURE THAT I'LL GO BACK.
