They basically carry all my policies, so it's a lot more than just auto insurance.  I talk to them every once in a while to complain about my rates going up.  The auto insurance runs about $2400 a year.  They are reliable as far as the insurance company goes.  They are not cheap, they are expensive but I know I can trust them.  The last time I used them, it was some years ago, there was no problem.  In fact for the hurricane Andrew damage in 1992, they were just fantastic and that's probably I stayed with them because they did such a good job with hurricane Andrew.  It's hard to find someone that does a good job every time and it's worth staying with them.  We might save few bucks moving around but not the relationship.  He doesn't control price, the price is state farm.
