Everything went fantastic. He was very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable about air conditioning systems. He even helped with my generator at no cost, which went above and beyond the call of the air conditioning duties. I'd highly recommend him.

I had a special circumstance that required a refrigeration expert who can think, as opposed to just a subordinate journeyman sent over to check an appliance, write up a bill and be on his way. In my case I called several companies to see who takes the time to listen to my problem, follows up with a call back to say whether he can help (or not), when he will be over and comes when promised. Surprisingly few companies can do this. Robert is courteous, efficient and can adjust to unique situations and won't dick you around. I recommend him above all other a/c refrigeration technicians out there.

Robert does the maintenance and repairs on my air conditioners. If it can be repaired, he can do it. Robert does not try to sell me a new unit when it is not needed. He is knowledgeable and honest. I have used him for 5 years now.
