When I called on a Saturday, they said they would try to get someone to come and do an estimate that day. Half an hour later someone was calling me to tell me they would be at my house in half an hour. The technician was very professional and helpful and fixed the door, adjusting the tracking mechanism and replacing a sensor that was not working. He also sprayed all the hinges with something like WD40. I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and punctuality. Also, another company that I called had told me that I needed the motor replaced and it would cost me about 450.00 to do that. Luckily, I did not believe them and decided to get another estimate and found Rite Way in Angie's List book. Rite Way Garage Doors Corp. has won my business forever!

Mr.Santos came to my home and explained to me why the door bounce too much going down , there was a crack on the top section Mr.Santos was able to do a repair on it only cost me $85.00 VS a new panel $345.00 ,i'm very happy with the service this company provides.
