Although they were punctual I am not able to give a positive recommendation nor would I use them again. The price was high and for poor quality work. They do not install the customer supplied sinks like most other countertop fabricators do. They were sloppy leaving the vanities filthy. The installers did not use a vacuum while drilling faucet holes leaving my spotless apartment covered in grinding dust.....it took a full day of vacuuming and cleaning of furniture, floors etc to clean up their mess. On top of this the vanity had chips that clearly we're not the natural imperfections that real stone has. I had a hard time getting them to agree to repair it. They tried to tell me that chips are normal. I have renovated numerous homes and having worked with various fabrication companies over the years, I can tell you that after fabrication chips are not the norm nor should a fabricator try to "sell" you that chips are normal....AKA...would you buy a new car with chipped paint? It felt like they were just trying to avoid responsibility. They did eventually make the repair but again they started to do the work without a vacuum suctioning up the grinding dust as the grinder was being used. So I supplied a shop vac. Ridiculously unprofessional.

THEY CAME ON TIME EVERY TIME AND WERE ALWAYS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES VERY WELL. THEY WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING OF OUR NEEDS.
