We have always received extremely prompt, friendly, and efficient service every time. Over the last 20 years Alex Corbera's Results A/C crew has installed a 50 Ton unit on a Medical Office building, two 25 ton units on a manufacturing facility, and twenty four 1 1/2 ton units on a new build condo building for us. Results has maintained both the commercial and residential units with a perfect record. We can't think of another company in any trade that we would rather do business with. Whenever we cross cost Results A/C against competitors they get the job done for what others want to charge for parts alone. I called them because my air-conditioning would not blow cold air and they quoted me a service charge of $89 for the visit. They said they would call before they came, but they never did and the service man showed up as I was eating my lunch. He checked out the system and made some repair I did not understand because his English was not good, telling me it cost $140.  I told him that the second unit in another part of the house, even when it was turned off, the outside unit would keep spinning. I told him that a new thermostat had been put on recently and he pulled it off the wall, finding that the outside unit then stopped. He told me that the thermostat was defective and that he had one in his truck and could replace it for $140. The diagnosis and repair of the thermostat took all of 20 minutes, and I had already paid him for the service call, but he charged me $140 for it, and I found the same brand of thermostat on Amazon for $37. He then told me that if I wrote him a check made payable to an individual the total was $280 and that he would not add sales tax, but if I gave him a credit card he would add sales tax to that amount. The whole experience made me look for another air-conditioning repairman for my next problem.

The service was done very professionally.

Owner Alex was able to get 2 technicians out the same day I called because of a concern of mold and dirt build up inside our 2 interior units. Nancy in the office is always pleasant to deal with and alerted us when the team was arriving. The 2 technicians they sent were thorough, courteous and professional. It took a couple of hours to dissemble, clean and reassemble the units. The cost was as quoted.

THIS COMPANY HAD A WONDERFUL PRICE BUT THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS HORRIBLE. THIS COMPANIES PROFESSIONALISM WAS BAD. THEY DID NOT FINISH THE JOB BECAUSE OF PERSONAL COMPLICATIONS.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY HAD TO COMPLETELY REPLACE THE COMPRESSOR ON OUR AC UNIT. THEY WERE VERY DEPENDABLE AND WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE.
