Both jobs went without a hitch.  The crew showed up and worked all day everyday (except Christmas) until the job was done.  They cleaned up everyday.  The floors are outstanding.  Their price was considerably lower (thousands) than the other estimate we got. All of my questions and emails were answered promptly.  They moved and then replaced the furniture and even placed the pads on the bottom of the furniture so the floors would not be scraped.  They installed granite on the bathrooms floors in a black and white checkerboard patter set on the diagonal, which was a difficult installation but came out flawless.
