Strange company. Salesman arrives on time, measures 15 + windows, discusses the quality of his products and installation but never delivers estimate. A week after initial meeting, I called on two occasions and spoke with sales rep who told me twice, that he would be sending estimate by day’s end but never sent estimate. I had a good feeling about this company at first and was really hoping to get a good price quote to sign a contract. I guess things happen the way the do for a reason.

The subcontractor did not appear when he said he would causing me to stay at home waiting for him and missing time from work. When he was there he did a very poor job installing the windows and we provided him with a list of omissiona and issues on a daily basis. the windows were mis-aligned and proper anchoring and caulking were not done.
I now have serious leaking into the house and have had contractors come and show me how poorly the job was done. I have told all my friends and neighbors to avoid using this company.

It is now over a year and a half since these impact windows were installed. I remain dissatisfied with this experience. The windows finally work, but scratches and damage are still visible through the touch up paint. I paid a higher price then the market average, hoping for above average work. I got below average work and below average concern from the company.

R & S was a huge disappointment. They sold me my French doors and then they could not install them. We had to wait 2 days for the manufacturer to come do it, with the doors up on ropes and the alarm system off. The whole terrible experience drug on and on. They made a window the wrong size and we had to wait while they remade it. It was a disaster and a very disruptive experience.

WE HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY MESSED UP EVERYTHING. I WAS DISSATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCTS AND THE FINISHED JOB. THEY COST WAY TOO MUCH FOR THEIR QUALITY OF WORK.
