My gas oven was having issues. QR arrived (late) and assessed that the oven seal needed to replaced after a few minutes of inspection. I purchased the seal and they came back to install (which took about 5 minutes and $400). Tech never checked if issue was fixed. Oven still does not work. Now suggesting $2k fix without assessing unit further. I have called and left numerous voicemails to remedy situation and they are completely unresponsive. This place will rip you off - please avoid!

I would not recommend this company at all!!! They were very easy to contact when they were trying to get my business but afterwards, they got missing!!! My dryer was supposed to be “fixed” but stopped working right after he left. This happened 4 times!!! He had to come back 4 different times to “fix” it within 2 weeks. I am frustrated and have been trying to get in contact to receive a refund. I rather just buy me a new dryer than to deal with this. I feel like I have been SCAMMED! This is not professional at all!

Don’t hire them! They are scammers! Come charge 60 dollars and they literally say: “we don’t repair the fridge, we just change parts”. Charge you and don’t even look into the problem. Sent a quote for 950 dollars for a repair that is tops 500, and they say it is an 8 hour labor!!!!! (Which we all Know it is not)

Mi refrigerador dejó de hacer hielo y no dispensaba agua. El técnico vino a hacer el diagnóstico y le envió a mi esposo el estimado el mismo día, al siguiente día ya mi refrigerador estaba reparado y funcionando como nuevo. El técnico fue muy servicial y amable. Súper puntuales. Recomendados !!!
