Pvten Building Contractor

He hasn't done nothing he only collected $4000 he remove the debris and the job is not yet done. He went to the city and took the permit the toilet is sitting in the bathroom for a year and finally he came last January but still the bathroom is not yet done. He doesn't call me.He needs to finish the job and come back

For a job that was to take 4 to 6 weeks is incomplete after 8 months and the contractor NEVER completed any of the work. My kitchen and both bathrooms are incomplete. They're contract asks for the majority of the money before the job is completed. After months of Nigel giving me the run around, he made it clear that he wasn't going to finish even though he had $12,000 of the $14,000 he quoted me for the job. I wouldn't refer PVTen to anyone and Angie's list shouldn't be referring them to anyone as well.

IT WENT EXTREMELY WELL‼️ Once we made our decision to remodel the bathroom. We went on angieslist and found 5 contractors on a Sunday. Out of 5 only 1 called us and better yet, came to our home to listen to our detailed extensive goal for nearly 2 hours. He patiently listened to my wife's vision and then he insured us that he would 100% stand behind his work...(HE AND HIS ENTIRE CREW WERE SIMPLY AMAZING) Every little detailed was given 100% attention and they made our dream bathroom a reality‼️ This whole experience was a pleasure...We have future projects in mind and Pvten Building Contractor will definitely be given the job...

Unfortunately this project turned out to be a huge disappointment. The owner extremely lacks communication skills and over all professionalism. On several occasions he failed to answer calls and text messages. I was lost most of the time and Felt like I constantly had to chase after I’m. He Lacked initiative to even progress the job. He basically never did what he would said he would do. Which I know is somewhat expected of contractors, especially in Miami. However it’s a whole other thing when the work they provide is sloppy, lazy, lacks detail and plain right amateur. All the tiles were installed horribly, especially the shower floor which literally looked like ripples of waves. The niche area had holes in it too. Not to mention the extra money I had to spend on tile they broke. After a $2000 deposit I decided to cut my loses and ask that they please not come back and got another company to finish the mess they started. The process was so painfully frustrating. I want to say that the owner is a nice guy but he really needs to get his act together and learn how to run his business. Amateurs!

Nigel Williams and his PVTEN crew were just what I needed, to make my dream of a new kitchen, exactly what I envisioned. I described it, he put it on paper. The results, are a dream to behold. Our collaboration is worthy of a picture in Better Homes & Gardens Magazine. Not only will I recommend PVTEN to my friends, I would use PVTEN for future projects in my home. Project moved along quickly, was finished in 4 weeks. Nigel Williams and his team were very professional, efficient, cleaned up every day. I always knew the plan for the next day. I have a fabulous master bath and bedroom.

Nigel is an excellent person to work with, very professional and flexible. The price was very reasonable and we will hire him for our future projects. If you are looking for a responsible and professional contractor, he is the one for you.

Extremely well! Better than I anticipated, because he was referred to me by a friend and I was not sure what to expect but his attention to details and his design skills blew me away. I am very happy with the results! Did I mention how meticulous he was? After the job was done, the area was spotless (his crew cleaned and but away the debris) he’s on my speed dial or would have been if I used speed dialing(lol) but on a serious note, he’s the one and only I call when I need work done in my home.

This guy was amazing. When he came in, I had ideas for what I wanted but he made it come to life with his own idea. Very punctual, professional and job done in a timely manner. Very clean work too. Will definitely rehire and refer to anyone needed a contractor for this type of work.

It was a job well done. The price quoted was reasonable, which allowed it to fit right into our business budget, and they delivered on promise. Overall we are please with the finished work.

They remodeled my kitchen, utility room, laid some tile and gutted my 2 bathrooms out as well. They did a good job.

Mr Nigel and his crew were very professional in there jobs always on time if they cant make it they always call ahead of time, i like that cause if i had place to go i could. they all ways clean up after each day. i would recommend Pvten to all my friends. Nice Company and friendly crew.
