Protection One does a great job of monitoring our alarm system. We pay them an annual fee. We're very confident that they would act very quickly if we had an actual problem. It's very nice to know they are there.

THEY CAME DURING A POWER OUTAGE WHEN OUR SYSTEM WENT OUT. THEY WALKED ME THROUGH HOW TO DISCONNECT THE BACK UP BATTERY AND WHAT I NEEDED TO DO TO GET IT RUNNING AGAIN IF THAT SHOULD EVER HAPPEN AGAIN. THEY GOT THE ALARM FIXED THAT NIGHT.

THEY CAME RIGHT OUT ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND AND FIXED THE ALARM BEFORE WE LEFT TO GO OUT OF TOWN. I WOULD REHIRE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I LIKE HOW WELL THEY WORK.

I THINK THIS COMPANY GAVE ME THE BEST DEAL FOR MY MONEY. THEY INSTALLED ALL OF THE EQUIPMENT ABOUT SIX YEARS AGO AND WE HAVE USED THEM EVER SINCE. WE HAVE ALSO NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE SYSTEM, SO WE ARE SATISFIED.
