The man who came was extremely professional and courteous. Did a terrific job, and did an area rug upstairs as part of the deal, although he wouldn’t have had to.

I didn't like the service

I was very pleased. He doesn't use Scotch guarding or protectant or anything like that, but the carpet afterwards was very clean. It was very soft. And I don't know that it got any dirtier without the protector. I had used another company in the past and they convinced me that you've got to have the protector. But he said it's a waste of your money basically. He said he just doesn't use it and he was right. I have not noticed that my carpet got any dirtier that it normally does. Actually I told him to call me back six months later and that I would do it again, because he asked if I would like to be on their six months call-back list and I said I would. So I am going to continue to use them. The only thing that I wasn't sure about was that he uses a big shampooer, like a giant round wheel and it shampoos the carpet. But there's nothing that sucks up the excess moisture or water or dirt. So I was kind of wondering to myself where's the dirt going? It was a little damp after he was done, but you would expect it to be. But I just thought there was no extractor, which I thought was odd. I am definitely going to do it again and them I'm actually going to ask him that question.

own Kings Bay Athletics, a well known and respected Sport shop with tons of foot traffic. Pro Clean comes early at 7 AM and the floor is dry and ready for customers by 8:30 AM. Chris did an excellent job of cleaning two rooms quickly and efficiently. There was a pretty nasty rug stain in the area I had used under my desk which I worried would not come out; I'm amazed at how much better it looks now that it has dried. Chris arrived promptly, was courteous and prices very reasonable. His sec'y calls ahead to confirm date & time. I would definitely use him again.

First inspected the area to be cleaned, then brought in the necessary equipment and supplies and worked on the spot until it was successfully removed, without damage to the rest of the sofa.
