The ladies doing the cleaning: amazing! Management, not so much. It was hard to connect, would get texts at 10 pm confirming appointments. Had to call the day of the cleaning to confirm appointment as I was forgotten twice. Tried to do bi-weekly appointments but always needed a reminder

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD and WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! Do not purchase anything from them. I bought a "big deal" from them for 3 hours of cleaning, contacted them with dates, they wrote back ONE TIME to tell me that those dates didn't work, when I wrote back asking for a refund or if that wasn't possible, new dates, THEY NEVER WROTE BACK. I attempted contact via messages TWO MORE TIMES over the past 2 months, and not a word from them. I attempted to call them SEVEN TIMES, and still no answer or return call. It's frustrating but I am happy that I am only out $59 and not more. I hope this honest review helps someone else not to be duped.

I cannot reach them w/ the phone numbers on file. It sounds like many people are having the same problem and Angie's List has put a hold on working with them.

I got a hold of them and they said someone would be calling me back to schedule. I did not hear anything, so I sent an e-mail and still have yet to hear back.

They did not show up on two appointments.  I've called and left email message and phone messages and they did not answer their phone.

Have used them once before and that went well. This time company just stopped communicating on 30 December, to date having never gotten back to me about scheduling the proposed 2 January services.

Cleaning lady was very, very nice and arrived on time. BUT, her boss came at about 10:00am to help her. They did a good job in the bathrooms, however, there were several things overlooked. Didn't dust fans, just used a damp cloth to wipe off furniture. No polish. Did not clean windowsills in bedrooms.
After the boss left, I inspected the work. I found many things that just should have been done but were not. My Christmas decorations were up so there were areas they did not have to do at all. Kind of worked around them. 
The lady told me her boss had expected her to be done in about 4 hrs. (a 1900 sq ft house can't be cleaned well in 4 hrs. by one person. (Her boss was only here for maybe an hour or so) Also she told me he doesn't let her use furniture polish on wood tables etc.
I loaned her my vacuum to redo some carpets as mine worked much better than hers. Also gave her furniture polish to use on my wood tables in family room, guest room and master bedroom. Living room tables are glass topped.
She stayed until about 3:30pm and redid what I had asked her to do. 
I gave her a $10.00 tip because she was very cooperative.

They did a great job.  I warned them of all the dust due to construction going on the outside.  The dust was coming in through the ductwork from the construction.  I don't feel like it was a great deal as they just sent one cleaner.

It didn't happen. Service never contacted me or showed up.

Update - 1/16/2015

I contacted Angie's List personally and when they couldn't get a response from Pro-elite either, I was offered another deal at a better price and given a refund for the initial purchase. The new deal, from Corporate Maid, was responded and scheduled within two days. They came out and did a wonderful job.

Lesson learned, be careful of reviews and don't hesitate to get help from Angie's List!

I have left numerous messages since December 21, 2014 through today, January 2, 2015, including sending text messages, and have never even received the courtesy of any kind of response at all! Nothing! No phone call, no text message, nothing! I've even called the phone repeatedly this morning in an effort to annoy someone enough that they might pick up, but no one answers the number!! This is a company that apparently thinks they are doing well enough that they don't care about new customers, or their reviews! That gives me an indication of the kind of work they perform.
I don't know how they have an A average on Angie's List from the reviews I've read, they are average at best, IF you can ever reach them!!

Love this provider. Since hiring them through Angies list, I use them biweekly and have used them to provide window cleaning services. Very highly recommend them.

They got to our house on time and did a good job.  We ordered 3 hours so they sent 2 people to work 1.5 hours, mainly on the floors and bathrooms.

I purchased a deal through Angie's List for them to come clean for 3 hours for $108.00.  They responded  within 48 hours as they were supposed to, and said they had availability during the morning of one of the 3 dates I requested.  I confirmed and gave them an approximate time.  They then confirmed the time, asked for my address and any specific instructions.  I responded and assumed we were good to go. 
One of their employees showed up 3 days prior to when we had scheduled a time.  I politely explained she had come on the wrong day and gave her the correct date and time.  It wasn't her fault, someone at Pro Elite had told her to come then, but she said she would return 3 days later, which is today.  No one came.  After twenty minutes I sent another email and called the number provided and left a voicemail.  No one returned my call.  90 minutes later I called again and sent another email.  Still nothing.  It's now several hours later and I still have heard nothing from this company. 
I would NEVER use them for anything, as they are obviously not professionals at all.  Being that it is a few days before Christmas and other companies are fully booked, they have put me in a huge bind.  I advise to stay away from this company. 

Great job. Painters were efficient and hardworking. I would hire again.
