The ladies doing the cleaning: amazing! Management, not so much. It was hard to connect, would get texts at 10 pm confirming appointments. Had to call the day of the cleaning to confirm appointment as I was forgotten twice. Tried to do bi-weekly appointments but always needed a reminder

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD and WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! Do not purchase anything from them. I bought a "big deal" from them for 3 hours of cleaning, contacted them with dates, they wrote back ONE TIME to tell me that those dates didn't work, when I wrote back asking for a refund or if that wasn't possible, new dates, THEY NEVER WROTE BACK. I attempted contact via messages TWO MORE TIMES over the past 2 months, and not a word from them. I attempted to call them SEVEN TIMES, and still no answer or return call. It's frustrating but I am happy that I am only out $59 and not more. I hope this honest review helps someone else not to be duped.

I cannot reach them w/ the phone numbers on file. It sounds like many people are having the same problem and Angie's List has put a hold on working with them.

Cleaning lady was very, very nice and arrived on time. BUT, her boss came at about 10:00am to help her. They did a good job in the bathrooms, however, there were several things overlooked. Didn't dust fans, just used a damp cloth to wipe off furniture. No polish. Did not clean windowsills in bedrooms.
After the boss left, I inspected the work. I found many things that just should have been done but were not. My Christmas decorations were up so there were areas they did not have to do at all. Kind of worked around them. 
The lady told me her boss had expected her to be done in about 4 hrs. (a 1900 sq ft house can't be cleaned well in 4 hrs. by one person. (Her boss was only here for maybe an hour or so) Also she told me he doesn't let her use furniture polish on wood tables etc.
I loaned her my vacuum to redo some carpets as mine worked much better than hers. Also gave her furniture polish to use on my wood tables in family room, guest room and master bedroom. Living room tables are glass topped.
She stayed until about 3:30pm and redid what I had asked her to do. 
I gave her a $10.00 tip because she was very cooperative.

They did a great job.  I warned them of all the dust due to construction going on the outside.  The dust was coming in through the ductwork from the construction.  I don't feel like it was a great deal as they just sent one cleaner.

Love this provider. Since hiring them through Angies list, I use them biweekly and have used them to provide window cleaning services. Very highly recommend them.

They got to our house on time and did a good job.  We ordered 3 hours so they sent 2 people to work 1.5 hours, mainly on the floors and bathrooms.

Great job. Painters were efficient and hardworking. I would hire again.

the young lady who did the job was very thorough,  did jobs which othr cleaning people did not want to do.

It was 2 women with windex, paper towels and squeegee. They asked me to take off the screens, which I did but as i handed them the screens they handed them back. I had to leave before they started so I left all windows accessible.  The work was below standards, the windows were smudged and some not cleaned ( i took pictures). There were 2 sliding doors and they were ok, but the windows were not cleaned properly left with a film from using a dirty paper towel.  For the money I expected more thorough cleaning, better quality control and the screens. 
Not satisfied, will not use again. 

Professional and easy to set up and communicate needs. Laura is pleasant, dependable and a hard worker who does a good job. We look forward to her return.

Excellent job and we are extremely pleased with the result.  The paint and stain colors they matched worked perfectly and the job was very thorough. 

Jorge arrived on time and worked six hours straight to complete the job.  He was professional and courteous.  I would definitely use his services again.

After scheduling the start time and date, the painters failed to show up and after waiting an hour I contacted Pro Elite. They were very sorry for the mix up and offered an additional 2 hours of service at no extra charge which I accepted, and we re-scheduled.for another day.
When the painters arrived, they went right to work and did an excellent job including prep and cleanup. The job was a great value for the price paid.
Since there was not enough time to do baseboards, I was going to do that job myself. However when I saw the excellent work done I called Pro Elite to have the baseboards and 5 doors painted by them which was done the next day at a reduced rate.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the job and would recommend their service.
