Great job!  I consider a great job as one that is performed quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price and Prime Tech accomplished all of those things.  The USB port on my external hard drive (which contains my life) was broken.  I called around to the usual suspects -- Best Buy, Staples, etc. -- and none of them could repair it but offered really expensive recovery services even though there was nothing wrong with the hard drive itself.  I stumbled upon Prime Tech through Yelp and called them to see if it was something they could handle. They said they could absolutely do it so I ran over there during lunch so they could look at it and give me a quote.  Carla and Alex were great!  They looked at it, told me it would take 10 minutes to complete and only charged me $25!  I'm one happy camper and plan to go back to them for future repairs.
