POOL MAX

This store is very clean and organized. I enjoyed looking at all the products they have and taking to the employees and especially a very knowledgeable guy name Michael. I think he is the manager. He explained to me all I needed to know about keeping my pool clean and also how he could fix the pump in my pool which was not working right. He also told me that if I needed a weekly pool cleaner they also offered that service. Honestly I am tired of cleaning and dealing with my pool so I signed up for weekly pool service. The price is right and I will not have no more headaches with the pool maintenance. My kids and family are going to love having a clean pool every week and they will also repair the pump. So to make this short, I love this store and the good service, nice friendly helpful sales guys and most that I don't have to clean my pool anymore myself. 

Mr. Blevins came out immediately to see what the issue was, and made the repairs that same day. He is always conisderate and couteous. My weekly pool service is also provided by Pool Max, and Junior does a wonderful job as well. Their customer service is inspiring, and they always go above and beyond.

The pool was cleaned. The service was not consistent regarding days of appearance, however, and I couldn't talk to the tech because he had his music blasting and he couldn't hear me. Service simply ended, actually... I received a call one day telling me that the tech had 'quit' and they could no longer service our pool. Considering that by the time I received the call the pool was in desparate need of service, I was not happy and had to scramble to find another pool service.

It was very well done and relatively inexpensive

I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR OVER 11 YEARS. I THINK THIS COMPANY IS VERY WELL RAN. THE OWNER HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE SAME. I THINK THAT HE REALLY LISTENS TO WHAT I HAVE TO SAY. THEY COME QUICKLY WHEN I NEED THEM. THEY CHANGE THEIR WORKERS A LOT.

I WAS ON VACATION WHEN THEY CAME OUT AND CLEANED MY POOL. I GAVE THEM THE KEY TO MY HOME TO GET THE MONEY OFF THE TABLE AND I LEFT SOME JEWELRY OUT AND WHEN I GOT HOME MY POOL LOOKED GREAT AND MY JEWELRY AND EVERYTHING WAS STILL THERE.
