the receptions put me on hold to confer with doctors. she picks me up from hold and says " the doctors are on their last appointments for the day (they close at 6PM) and they said you should bring her somewhere else" . I see now this Business' priority is without doubt not Patient Care. i did bring her somewhere else and will continue to.

They are the best veterinary in the world. Very caring. They are interested in the animals well being. I give them A+ for everything!

We LOVE Drs Duggan and Langdon and the vets here. They have come in on days off to assist.

I know that my dogs are getting the best care that they could here.

Medicines were reasonable. She's very caring. Very professional. He follows up calls. She really seems to be concerned about your pet. The office is great. They're responsive about calling back as soon as they have results from tests and calling back to see how the pet's doing. A fair price.

They are very professional, cordial, responsive and I have no complaints. They are very good with my pet. They are very thorough and they really care about the animals. I will continue to use them.

First time vist with Pinecrest Veterinary Hospital. We have a new baby kitten and a senior cat and needed to establish a client relationship with a local Vet. We are very happy we choose P.V.H. thru Angie's List. Marvin was our Vet Tech and he was wonderful with both cats, very through in gathering medical history and very gentle. Then we met with Dr. James P. Dugan
and both my husband and I very impressed with his observations, diagnosis of health issues and recommendaitons for future care. He spent a lot of time with us. I appreciate the fact that his guidance was of great benefit to our older cat and also cost savings for us.

They are wonderful. The office is great and the vet is fantastic. They're very good with the animals. They're very gentle and there are no secrets there. You can see exactly what they're doing. They show you around the back where they do the labs and the surgery. The place is immaculate that you could have surgery there and feel comfortable that you wouldn't get an infection. They are quick to diagnose and they know what they're doing. If they don't know they do some test and then they give a diagnosis. You can feel very comfortable with them when they tell you something because you don't need another opinion. They are amazing. When healthcare falls apart I'm going to go to them for my treatment. They're very reasonable and are right in line with the other vets. The only difference is you really get your monies worth with them. They do callbacks. They called the next day for our dog who had surgery. They wanted to make sure the dog was all right. They call with lab results as soon as they get them. They check on the animals with you and don't just leave you hanging. It's excellent.

I was to see her the second time today. The price was not too bad because it included medication. My doctor had diagnosed my pet with glaucoma and told me that there was not a lot of hope for her. I took her to Dr. Karpinski and she said it was not glaucoma and it was an infection. She got the infection under control and the dog is doing fine 10 days later and almost back to normal. She would not get her eye sight back because of the delay in getting it treated. She is one of the most knowledgeable doctors I have dealt with in veterinary medicine. She is a very cool lady. She greets you at the door and takes you in, and takes care of you. She is down to business and she is very thorough. The price is very reasonable for a specialist. The facility is easy to get to and they are clean. The staff is very nice. She is incredible because I thought I would lose my dog.

Very well, I really like this Vet. But...... the waiting room is too small and can get very crowded.

We have been going to see Dr. Dugan for many years now and can't imagine going anywhere else. He (and his wife Dr. Langdon) are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and will take the time to explain what is going on and answer your every question. Not only that but the staff is extremely professional and they care just as much about your pets as you do. Just an overall great place - you will not be disappointed.

We've used this husband and wife team prior to their opening their own hospital and every pet visit since then. Very professional and, as Cornell grads, "know their stuff". I trust them with all my animal's lives. My only complaints are that the hospital space is too small (though they have the latest technology) and they don't offer boarding services. Other than that, I highly recommend them both. P.S. The cost of the last visit is blank because we trust them to keep our credit card on file and bill accordingly. Therefore, I simply don't remember as we have mutiple pets and visits.

They are just amamzing vets, Dr. Landgon is the best!

They are young professionals. Their equipment is very up to date. There are two vets who are extremely gentle and careful with the animals. They have another vet who is an opthomologist. I go out of my way to go here.

My animals (large German Shepherd and cat) are extremely important to me. They've both been patients of Dr. Dugan's for many years. From routine check-ups to minor problems, Dr. Dugan has always been very professional, courteous and caring. My dog is a serious baby, making even simple tests a tedious process. However, Dr. Dugan and his staff are always patient and kind. My trust in Dr. Dugan and his staff is so great that he continues to be my vet, even after relocating to Broward County. Recently, my dog had a potential liver problem. Once again, Dr. Dugan went above and beyond the call of duty. Where other (closer) veterinarians hurriedly rattled off every potential life threatening disorder with no sympathy or compassion for my fear and anxiety, Dr. Dugan spoke calmly to me for over an hour, discussing potential diagnoses and treatment options. Even after referring me to a specialist, he continues to monitor Kaiser's treatment. I HIGHLY recommend Pinecrest!

The people there are wonderful. They really care about the customer and their pets. They always know you and your pet by name. This clinic always goes above and beyond the ordinary that most have become accustomed to.

I have a lot of cats, dogs, and birds so I know that they are the greatest vets in the area. They walk on water as far as I'm concerned. They are so conscientious and compassionate that over the three day weekend Dr. Langdon called me each day to see how the kitten was. Dr. Dugan is just as caring. They also have specialists and the vet tech comes out to meet me when I drive up. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Dr. Langdon might be a little expensive but I wouldn't go anywhere else with my pets. It is a family business and the follow up is great. They actually called a few weeks later to ask how the cat was doing.
