My son damaged our front door lock/handle to the point where we couldn't open the front door. We called Picks Safe and Lock; Steve swung by our home within the hour and on his way home from vacation. He was courteous/ professional and repaired /replaced our front door lock/handle so well that it's working better now than it did before it was damaged. Highly recommended.

I called and left a message. His wife called me back promptly and confirmed and appt in a couple of days. Mr. Pick was very prompt.He was very clear of what could be done, how much it would cost and the options available. He was kind and professional and finished the whole job within a very reasonable time period on the same day.
