for 2 years almost to the day- it was fine! But, where they patched the deck, cracks started to develop. Although, for almost 1 month, we were told that they would stand behind it, we were told, after about a month, that Perkin wouldn't repair it, that the co. that made the sealant would need to do so, but this co. will not warrant the repair unless their material was defective and it wasn't- it was Perkins application and patchwork that was defective. Do not use Perkins for any GAF sealant repair. They don't know how to apply this sealant. They don't stand behind their work despite weekly assurance that they would do so.

These guys are awesome. We had a rotted beam on our home, and during the work they found a little more damage than anticipated. They were very reasonable with cost, and repaired correctly rather than a band aid. We also had new seamless gutters installed around the entire house. These exceeded our expectations, look great, and we are now ready for this years rainy season. Rolando personally oversaw the repairs, texting pictures the whole time. I will definitely use them again if a roofing repair is needed in the future!

IT DID NOT TAKE THEM A LONG TIME TO COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION AND REPAIRS OF MY ROOF. THE GUYS WERE PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT AND PROMPT. MY ROOF LOOKS GREAT ON MY HOME.
