I had with a slow main computer system and a professional server that was making a unusual noise. Nick responded promptly to my site at the appointed time. After about 30 minutes it was obvious that he had extensive knowledge and was able to diagnose the problem. The server needed a replacement fan parts and Nick assisted in locating the correct parts and they were ordered at that time. Nick, also diagnosed my main XP computer system and with his diagnostics package was able to pinpoint the problem and provided suggestions and sources to resolve the problem. Further, while performing the optimization I spoke with Nick on several occasions regarding how I needed to proceed. He was helpful in all cases. Regarding this report on the web design job: At the initial meeting it was explained in person to the customer that we could meet her tight deadline contingent upon her number of revision requests. The timeline was extended due to the customer making an abnormally high amount of revisions and changing the direction of what she envisioned with her website. We stuck by her and only increased our efforts to make changes to please her. Once reaching the three week initial deadline she decided to abandon the project. We graciously accepted her decision to leave the project with no penalty and extended our support in transitioning to whomever will be providing her with web design services. I called Nick around noon, texted my address and he came at the time scheduled. He was punctual and able to come to my house to fix my computers/ wireless connection promptly. He was knowledegable, pleasant to work with and able to identify the problem very fast. He went to a computer supply store, bought the part that needed to be replaced and brought me the receipt of the part.
He quickly installed the new part and I felt comfortable to ask him to do couple more things: 1) he fixed my wireless network in the house - and made my Mac laptop and 2nd PC laptop to share the same printer. 2) He fixed the wireless network of my TV - I have a fancy Tv with applications and internet connection that I have never used. he explained me how to use better my computers.
His price was very cheap - in comparison to the Geek Squad.
His service was exceptional.
I highly recommend this company.

Nick is the smartest, most capable computer specialist/fixer of computer/teacher and ethically far and above all others we have used... He does not talk down to you, nor mind being called for the same thing, for example, in the case of my husband who has dementia and keeps messing up the same things... we have a combo of old and new computers which he fixed up so they were all working perfectly when he left (up until we messed them up again!), We are Nick's biggest fans!!Boy, did we luck out - be careful I doubt you will find anyone as top-notch as pc Repair Trust...
