Mike was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He gave me a quote over the phone which was the most reasonable. He sounded the most knowledgeable of all the people I had spoken with about cleaning Mexican tile. I had to reschedule twice because of delays with painters and electricians. He was very accommodating and understood the need to reschedule. He showed up when he said he would and under promised and over delivered . He did explain that due to the amount of dirt on the floor he may not be able to get it all out because of the product that was used to seal it previously. The floors turned out much nicer than I expected. He also pressure cleaned the outside patio and cleaned those tile for a minimal additional cost. I would call upon Mike for any floor cleaning, especially Mexican tile, because of his pricing, knowledge and experience.

Mike Stango is the best encounter we have experienced since Hurricane Andrew. Our master bathroom looks better than when our house was rebuilt Mike was punctual and really takes pride in his service. Mike was really a pleasure to work with. He was responsive to my initial inquiry an arranged to come see my floors quickly. He was communicative with when he was going to be able to do the job. He cleaned up after the work was done and was meticulous about everything. Everyone who sees the floor is amazed-they look brand new. It was money well spent and it was wonderful to work with such a nice guy with a professional attitude.

Outstanding communication. Outstanding work. The house looked fabulous after he was done. I never met Mike in person, rather handled everything by phone and through a tenant. It was easy and the workmanship was wonderful. I would certainly hire him for future jobs.

He was the greatest. I had already had somebody that came and messed it up so he did the job. Terracotta is very hard to do. I would definitely use him again.

Initially they came twice and did a very good job, punctual, and cleaned up after themselves. The kitchen counter was particularly scratched so they said that for $55 more they could come back and repolish with a heavier machine. I paid the extra $55 but, despite many phone calls, they did not return to repolish the kitchen counter.

The final day he told us to wait ten minutes longer before we could walk on the floors. We ended up waiting over an hour, the floors were so beautiful they looked like they were wet they had such a beautiful shine. He knows his business and has a lot of pride in work. YOU will be disappointed if you do not hire him.

From first contact to completion, everything was great! Mike and his assistant were prompt, professional, did an excellent job and kept everything clean as they worked. He also cleaned some small extra areas without any extra charge. He did a great job of matching the grout color. Very pleased - would definitely hire again and recommed to friends and neighbors. Above and Beyond expectations!

Mike came out as scheduled, on time and provided a down to earth proposal to me at a reasonable price. He was very straight forward and helped me create the scope of work I really needed vs. trying to upsell. He then worked me in his schedule early and worked a very long day - alone - locking my home up for me. He called over the weekend for an update and gave me the blow by blow results. When I came back into town and saw the work it was exactly as he described. He did a great job, a few little extras, left the cleaner he recommended and didn't even worry about the payment - I mailed it to him when I saw the results. Good guy - great job...

Mike Stango (he took over his father's business) was incredibly professional and accommodating. He and his assistant moved many pieces of heavy furniture out of the rooms. They cleaned and then sealed the entire floor within a 10 hour period, all the work being done on the same day. I cannot recommend him any higher than "superb!" I have already recommended him to my neighbors.

It took 6 hours and they worked very professionally. What ever they said they would do before starting was done at the end. They did not leave any mess. Moved things aroud.

Mike is a great guy. I just bought a new house and I wanted the floors cleaned before labor day weekend so I could move my stuff into a clean house. the painters were finishing up, he worked around them, no complaints. he went out of his way to reschedule another job for next week to fit me in. tiles now look like they were just layed. Mike is a blessing. where's the A+ rating on this thingy?

Mike came in person to examine the tile and provide an estimate. He had experience working with the exact tile I have and he knew just what to do and not do with this older tile. He is experienced so he knows just what to do in each case. His estimate was less than half that of another estimate I received. Mike arrived with a helper who has worked with him more than ten years. I felt very comfortable having them in my house. They worked very hard and did a great job. They cleaned the grout and tile and explained how I can now maintain my tile with little effort. I have already recommended them to neighbors and coworkers. I would definitely call on Mike again.

I am so happy to meet Michael Stango of Pat's Floor Service! I am an interior designer, however, I specialize in marine projects. This project, at my home, was not typical of the kind of work many of the marine contractors I work with would take on. I was very concerned about finding someone reliable and capable of doing a job I would be satisfied with. Mike is GREAT! My husband and I are so happy with the excellent work he did, he is very professional, reliable and his prices are very fair. I will certainly work with him again, or recommend him, on any future land based commercial/residential projects.

Excellent. They showed up on time, and did the work over several days because they had to move a lot of very heavy furniture in order to clean all of our tile. The tile and grout look great afterwords, just like new. This is a very conscientious company to work with, and they're careful not to break anything, and to put everything back in place once they're done. We found them to do high quality work to have high professional standards.

Mike was a delight to work with. Because of other work I was having done, Mike had to reschedule and come back additional times. He stuck with his original quote even though the job involved additional work and time. He was very good at working with me on finding a mutual time to accomplish the project.

Mike quickly responded to my call and provided a written estimate within days of doing a site visit. He forecasted exactly when he would start and finish the project and was very timely in all his interactions with us. Mike cautioned us to not get our hopes up on the outcome of this project because the nature of the sanding/polishing was tricky. He did a test on one area and found that by doing the work by hand, he could exceed our expectations for the work we wanted done. Our developer ultimately paid for the work and was so impressed that he asked for Mike s number for future projects. Since he completed the work, we have referred him to several people and will surely use him when we are ready to have our marble floor polished. Mike was diligent in sending care instructions for stone and sent a final invoice stating that the amount was paid in full.

Mike Stango and his small crew came on four days and methodically and meticulously moved furniture and cleaned to the wall line and in some cases up the wall even though not part of the quote to remove dog urine stains and smells. Results were excellent. I wish he provided all the services I need. He is extremely diligent and reasonable. Could not ask for more.

Mike did not disappoint. His very reasonable price was well worth it! The floors looks brand new, so clean and beautifully polished. Mike was professional and very friendly in our interactions with him. He came when he said he would, completed the project in the time allotted, and in fact, went above and beyond what we had anticipated. He is very detail-oriented and truly has a knack for marble! Mike was prompt in coming out to give an estimate and was able to get started within the week. He explained the process, and it was carried out exactly as described. The entire process took the better of three days. They moved all the furniture themselves, then moved it back into place at the end of each day. They were very accommodating to myself and family needing to move around the house. Did I mention that every inch was meticulously cared for? When the job was completed, he verbally explained and also left written instructions on caring for the floors and also supplied us with a recommended cleaner. My only hesitation in recommending Mike to EVERYONE WITH MARBLE FLOORS is that he might be too busy to come back and clean mine again! I have had my floors done twice before Mike and could not tell the difference. After Mike and Ted were through, not only could I tell the difference, but everyone who has since entered my house has immediately noticed the improvement.

He was on time, very kind, and very professional. If he can't do the job he would say so. Honesty is such a dying art so it was so refreshing to have someone like him in my home.

Mike came in when he said he would, examined the floor to determine which method should be used(stipping as opposed to cleaning) and completed the work in one day. He remained from 9 AM until 8 PM to complete job since I had spacklers coming in the next day to complete their job. My floor was 950 sq ft and I couldn't be more happy with the results, at less than 1/3 the price quoted by others.
