Fantastic! Everyone at this company is professional and courteous. Promptly answer/return calls and arrived on time. Technician (Chris) is a sweetheart. Explains everything (I'm neurotic and have loads of questions/concerns) and he is great with animals! Spoke with Dwayne (owner) who is very patient and Lisa (customer service) is very helpful.

It was a delight to work with Dwayne...he is friendly, honest, and thorough. A joy to find this company! We Definitely highly recommend them.

Been using them for a few years. Always calls me to remind me when it's time to perform the next 3-month service. Bugs die; wife happy. Well pleased!

I've used Palmer Pest Control for the past three to four years. Great Service. I call, they answer the phone. We schedule an appointment, they show up on time and provide their service. If you call in between your scheduled service, no problem they come.

They took care of the problem.  They came out every time I call.  I like their responsiveness and the comprehensive service.  It wasn't just a onetime treatment; they came out and assessed the problem, stood out the schedule for taking care of it.  They communicated with me of what it is that I should do if I needed treatment in between times.  They're very responsive whenever I heard something because it was not just creatures it's like an infestation of bugs.  You call them and they come right away and set the trap, clear the traps.  They checked the perimeter of the house to assess their entry points so that I got it all sealed up for me to have not problems again.  They're very, very thorough, reasonably priced, very nice and professional.

They are excellent. I've been using them for 3 or 4 years. They are effective in killing the ticks. If one thing doesn't work, they switch it out. They are diligent. The owner or one of two other techs come out.

Palmer has been my provider for over a year now. He calls me when I forget to schedule an appointment! He comes every 3 months, sprays all the corners of the whole house, places traps for roaches in the kitchen (and replaces them when he comes, so I don't have to even look at the bugs!). The initial cost is higher than $80 for the first time, but he goes over every place where a roach could go and recommends improvement on how to keep pests out. Very professional.

They're super friendly and very personable. I use them because they're a smaller business.

We are very happy with his service. Mr. Palmer is careful, conscientious and honest. He is not in a hurry, much more attentive to the customer's concerns than most of the larger companies.
