Completely satisfied with this company! They replaced rotting fascia & soffit wood, removed all decorative shutters and wrought iron railing, pressure cleaning starting with the roof through the walls & attached patios, caulked and patched EVERYWHERE indicated, then applied a primer coat followed by two coats of Sherwin Williams paint. The walls were light gray, trim & accents white, doors and pillar tops medium gray. Their attention to detail was fantastic; the crew was professional, polite and considerate. At the end of each day they put everything away and didn’t leave a single piece of trash anywhere. After finding cigarette butts, empty cans and other debris from other contractors, it was wonderful to have everything left in such fantastic condition.

It went extremely well, outstanding work performed by the crew in all phases. Very thorough and professional. This is the second time we have utilized their services.

This company is outstanding! They did a beautiful job matching paint colors and blending the newly painted wood to a finish to match the existing. In other words, not all the woodwork and exterior walls required repainting, however, the new areas match the existing so well, in color and texture, you cannot see any difference. They are very neat, you do not have to worry about clean up. They are really very artistic and based on what they did on the exterior of the house, I would not hesitate to contract them for interior work in a fully furnished house.

Their price was competitive. They were very responsive, they just forgot to put the primer on. They did a really good paint job, but they didn't put primer down, I thought they were going to. They were very punctual.

We can confirm all the positive comments in the best Angie's reviews of the past three years.  All work (from estimating by Jose to completion of the job by Uriel and his crew) was professional, immediately responsive, timely, knowledgeable, honest, experienced, and done with high quality and great attention to detail.  They were on time every time, cleaned up and stored their equipment each day, and provided helpful advice about products and methods.  Their attention to detail in the estimating and in the work, itself, was outstanding.  Wood surfaces (doors including garage door and fascias) were filled as needed and scraped and sanded prior to painting.  Previous coats of filler and sealer (elastomeric) and paint were allowed to set appropriately before re-coating.  They cleaned up promptly all residue on the ground from the 4000 psi pressure cleaning of the walls and kept the property looking good throughout the process.  They weren't the least expensive estimate we received, but their great performance was such that we don't question our choice.  They fulfilled every item in the contract and to a level of detail in the implementation that was impressive.  I could go on and on but would only be repeating positive comments in the other reviews of the last three years.  I do, however, have to repeat one comment made elsewhere:  "Imagine how great Miami would be to live [in] if all business were conducted this way! They are a model for everyone else to follow!"

Did everything they said they would. 4-3 guys for 2.5 weeks 4,000 sq.ft. The office was prompt and professional. The owner worked with
me personally. Thorough and complete estimates and follow through, and follow up to the end! The men who did the work at the house where ON TIME!! everyday!! They were polite, professional, respectful and always kept the site clean. I will hire them again! And reccomend to everyone. Imagin how great Miami would be to live if all business were conducted this way! They are a model for everyone else to follow!

The roof was done to my satisfaction. Patio was not so impressive,it usually takes me 3 and a half hours to do it myself,and its impecable.They took 1 and half hours and did not even come close to what I do. My machine is 1800 psi of pressure which is very small,while they were using 3000 psi ,very strong .That's industrial power,and still was not very clean. No cleaning solution was poured before cleaning of patio. That makes all the difference.

This is a great company. Jose was so helpful from the beginning. He guided us to the proper product to use and advised us that custom colors were available. We had to wait for dry weather to do the project but once they started it went smoothly. They did a beautiful job, finished on time and we love it. Highly recommend them for any job!

Palmer and Faria Painting Corp just finished painting my large old house in "The Roads "  in Miami and did a fantastic job!  Would highly recommend them.  They showed up promptly from the very first contact and though out the entire job.  It was tough as house had not been tended to for many years and had an awful orange old paint job on it.   They transformed the house!  They repaired many old problems..  fixing cracks and doors and windows and old wood.  They stuck with the the job and did it right,   even though they encountered some unexpected problems like many windows that needed reglazing or dealing with old cranky shutters that they carefully oiled and got working correctly.  They paid a lot of attention to detail and were  very attentive to my concerns .. They were completely professional in every sense.. several painters and repair people worked here during the project .. all proficient and courteous.   I was so pleased with their work that I asked them to paint walls and ceilings and repair plaster  and replace damaged wood in six of the inside rooms as well.  They were very careful in their restoration of the property and seemed to take pride in their work.  Jose Faria personally directed the job and was helpful in selecting paint and making sure problems were solved in a timely way.

Awesome Job!!  Very professional process from start to finish.   Not only is the work top quality, but the communication and punctuality were incredible.  The finished product looks great.  The entire process was easy and smooth.  I Highly recommend these guys.  Their pricing is not cheap, but more than worth it.

I cannot praise this company highly enough.  I highly recommend them due to their personability, perfectionism, professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and price.
Jose Faria was friendly and knowledgeable on the phone and in person.  He was prompt, available, and forthcoming about the costs and timeline.  The initial interval between signing the contract and starting the job was about one month -- exactly what he had told me initially based on the other jobs he had lined up -- so there were no surprise delays.
Jose's crew did the job with pride and professionalism, led by their foreman, Uriel, who has decades of experience painting all over the country.  While they worked efficiently, they never seemed to be just trying to "get it done"; rather, they took pride in their attention to detail.
Three anecdotes to further exemplify their flexibility and service:
1) I had them paint an interior accent wall 3 times because my wife and I had picked the wrong color and texture.  The first repaint was absolutely free.  Only upon the second repaint did they change a nominal fee.
2) More major -- they had painted 40% of the exterior when my wife and I realized we didn't like the color we had picked, and wanted it changed!  This cost an extra 6 hours of labor for 3 guys as well as a ton of paint.  Jose of course had to charge us extra for this, but he worked it out down to the bare minimum, basically down to his own cost, under $500 extra to us.
3) Finally, we had them paint our TURQUOISE FORMICA kitchen cabinets over in white.  This was a very specialized and difficult job, something that they admitted to us up front that they did not have experience in and required special primers.  They took a few days to experiment on the cabinets while they were working elsewhere in the interior, trying different rollers etc., and then they went for it.  The result: what looks like a FACTORY SPRAY FINISH.  Perfectly even and smooth, no brush strokes... they look like white Ikea cabinets, like they were ALWAYS white, never painted.  They settled for nothing less than perfection, even on something that they had little experience in.
Finally, we were extremely comfortable letting them work inside our home while we weren't there.  That, for my wife and me, is priceless.

This is a very professional company that did a very thorough job that reflects a very superb attention to detail. The crew was very friendly and efficient, a real pleasure to work with them. I highly recommend Palmer and Faria Painting Corp.

The job with very well.  The job took 5 days and each day they cleaned up.  It was a bit more involved than had been anticipated, but the quality of the work was terrific.

I told the story above

In 2009 we had contracted Andrew Palmer Roofing Inc. to make roof repairs, pressure clean and paint our tile roof.  That job was excellent and we knew when we were ready to repaint the entire house we would invite Palmer & Faria Painting Corp. to bid on the job.  We called Jose Faria  and made an appointment for him to meet with us. We walked around the house, discussed the scope of work and felt very comfortable with how Jose said the job would be handled, his solutions to some specific problems and the experience of the team he intended to assign to our project.  We talked about the type of paint we wanted to use and Jose took the time to research with Benjamin Moore the different products requested and their appropriate prep/application. Within two days we had their written bid, plus copies of their license, insurance, worker's compensation etc.   Because of our upcoming travel plans, the project start date was postponed for a couple of weeks.  On June 4th, as promised, the crew started at 8:00 a.m. and worked a solid five days.  We got lucky with the weather...  not too much rain, but it was very very hot.  I have to say if you have a older home, such as ours, you would be very lucky to get a team as good as Uriel, and his crew, of Palmer & Faria Painting Corp.  These men are master craftsmen,  they knew exactly what to do to properly prep/repair every surface they needed to paint.  I knew my house was going to look a lot better when they finished, but now it looks brand new!?!  We are so pleased and so impressed with them.  These men are courteous and respectful of your property.  They protected tile/stone decks and walkways.  There is no paint on the landscaping or grass.   They were also very careful about where to spray paint - we live close to the bay and it can be very windy.    We had to replace some rotted wood and also needed a carpenter to install some new hardware.  Their colleague, the carpenter, was excellent as well.  He had everything he needed with him, finished in one day and left everything clean and tidy.  I have to say, we were extremely lucky to contract with Palmer & Faria Painting Corp.  We got an excellent job and feel it was worth every penny spent.  I highly recommend them.

Arrived early the day they said they would.  Cleaned and prepped the house.  Used top of the line Benjamin Moore paints and primers.  Finnished when they said they would.   They also did a  littile extra:  Painted my Shed and Sidewalk to match the house, Pressure cleaned my dock.

They particularly did an excellent job on my front door and garage door.

I cannot reccommend them too strongly.

I was very impressed with Palmer & Faria Painting Corp from my initial phone call to the completion of work.  Phone calls were always answered or promptly returned.  Jose came to our home and provided a very reasonable quote very quickly.  They worked us into their busy schedule even sooner than expected, which we really appreciated.  The three gentlemen who did the work were always right on time, very friendly and extremely professional.  We are completely happy with the results and would highly recommend this company to anyone.  What a pleasure to have such professional service and qualtiy!
