DO NOT USE P&H POOL I contracted for an existing pool remodel. Resurface, coping,tile, leak find & repair, rewire for in pool lights. It seems like P&H subcontracts every task , so that after starting late, there was a constant uncertainty about when a step in the process would start and finish which caused a chain reaction delay to each subsequent step. There is a large banyan tree next to the pool which was installed in 1996. Its roots had been growing at and around the pool since. This was a surprise to P&H upon initial excavation , such that work was to be further delayed and job costs increase to find another contractor to clear the roots. I had days off and a cheap chainsaw & ripsaw so I spent 22 hrs over 3 days in the dirt(cutting roots) to move things along. Also, Estaban choose one of the only salt chlorination systems (Autopilot) with a filter. It clogs easily & often requiring constant unscrewing & cleaning. It’s completely inadequate for the dirty tree environment(surprising). Lastly, a leak occurred less than 9 months later, Estaban finally came out & couldn’t find the leak, saying he had to get another contractor to ($$$). I went and found the leak, but it needed more excavation and PVC cut to get to a missed root ,then PVC reglue. Estaban disappeared & it took someone else 4 hrs & $800 more to fix. VERY DISSATISFIED NOT RECOMMENDED
