I have been using Orlando for 16 years,  the first project was the living room/dining room, I had the carpets removed and he installed beautiful red oak hardwood floors.  Over the years I have done all the bedrooms, staircase, kitchen and family room.  Orlando has installed the red oak hardwood floors in my entire house over the past 16 years.  He is very professional, the quality of the product and installation are excellent.  Highly recommend.

It was a terrible experience from start to end. After the initial payment was made to start the work he didn't show up for 2-3 weeks to start the job when promises were made to start on a certain date. Then there was a bad batch of wood where the finish was dull and it was incorporated into the floor anyways. He promised he would come and replace those pieces but never came back. The floor also squeaks in many different areas, a problem he said he cannot fix. Now he doesn't return my calls and has never come back to finish the job. Overall a horrible experience. I caution anyone that uses him. ALso on the stairs he promised me wide planks of wood for the landing, instead he used the strips for the flooring. It makes the landing stick out from the rest of the stairs.

Orlando Flooring came highly recommended to us by friends and we were not disappointed. From the initial meeting in the showroom, to our dealing with Orlando himself during measurements, to the actual installation, everything was done in a very professional manner.

I called several wood floor suppliers to compare prices, Orlando gave me the lowest price of all. I wanted to buy Brazilian Cherry Wood from the BR-11 manufacturer, which is considered an excellent quality. Orlando is one of the biggest suppliers of BR-11 and therefore was able to get the best price around. I called him and he gave me all the information over the phone. I went next day to his small showroom, and purchase the wood. He delivered the wood to my house 3 days later. I purchase a couple of weeks later some of the finishes and he got me that material in a week and delivered it again himself, this took longer than I thought and it delayed the installation for a while, but not much of a problem.
