Not good. Their bent my vent over the water heater and will not fix it. I personally will not recommend them.

He came out the same day I called him and he found out we had carpenter ants. We had a roach and ant problems. He said that we might find a few dead ants and roaches. The technicians were just excellent, I couldn't say enough good things about them. Erick and Angel were just great and I would like them to get credit for their work.

Our experience is pretty bad. It took them forever to get the ant issue under control and it was not a good situation with them. Their price was reasonable. We were not very satisfied because it took them quite a long time to get the issue under control and the guy never showed up, we had to keep calling on him.

They are a great service. The guy that sprays the house every 1 or 2 months is fantastic and the guy that does the yard is equally fantastic. If I have any problems they come back and take care of it.

I was not satisfied completely with the services. I think they get to lax with their services.

Intitially I contacted them because we had used Truly Nolan several times over the years. First they told me they had no record of ever performing services at my address. We set an appointment date for the following Monday between the hours of 2 to 4. I got there early and by 4:30 the inspector still hadn't shown when I contacted him he said he would be there in 30 minutes he finally showed up at 6:45 to do the inspection in the dark, plus I had to read the paperwork and contract by flashlight. After stating what I wanted I thought I had arranged to have the services done on the following Wed. When Wed came no Jolsten in the a. m. when I did reach him he said he thought he was only coming to do the contract and get the deposit. We finally made arrangements to do it on Thursday. I was told that the tech would be there between 8 a.m. to 12 p .m. At 10 a. m. I called Jolston and was told that the tech should have already been there but when I talked to the tech fifteen minutes later I found out that the tech wasn't scheduled to come until the hours of between 10 and 12. Over all I was impressed with Pete the tech but the inspector I hope to never have to deal with again. I wasted a lot of time waiting on him and even though I clearly stated what I wanted done Jolston never got the message.

We had an extremely impressive sales and service experience from the first meeting with Howard Cohn, Orkin Pest Control Inspector (954) 445-1854 Cell and all the way through the actual service which was fast, courteous and very careful and clean around the house. We noticed improvement right away as the preventive termite treatment also eliminated problems we had with carpenter ants and roaches. Howard was very pleasant to work with, highly knowledgeable, responsive and very flexible with his time in order to make the meeting easy for our busy schedules. A great initial experience with Orkin!

They came out last Wednesday and they did a fine job. It was what I expected. We have a package for the year, but that particular service was $90.00.

I called Orkin and was explained about the 1 year program in detail by a lovely women, with clear objectives to help me. The gentlemen who came to our home is familiar with our community, and he was very focused on taking care of the ant problem, highly professional, courteous.

I have been very happy with their service. They have been fabulous. I originally began using them because of a mouse problem that I was having and they were coming out on average every other day for about a month until the problem was under control. They came out as early as seventy thirty in the morning and as late as six o clock at night. The gentleman even gave me his cell phone number. They now come out quarterly. They have been very punctual for all of the servicing. They are always very courteous while they are at my home.

A contractor told me that I had termites in the attic. I called for an inspection. The first time around the gentleman just walked around the house and gave me a quote for tenting. It turned out, the office had not told him that I needed an inspection. The second time he came, was on time, did the inspection, and gave me a prompt and accurate assessment.

Their professionalism is great. They come to my house early. They do the work they have to do, and then they leave. I guess it is a bit pricey. It is a monthly fee. I am hesitant with the quality of the work, since I keep getting bugs in my house.

They did a really nice job and I never have any problems after they complete the extermination. They always show up on time and they do really good follow to make sure that I don t have any existing problems.

I think that they are reliable and I have been with them for a long time. If there are any complaints they come out right away and spray again. I pay them a reasonable price per month.

Orkin Exterminating does a really good job keeping bugs down. When I did have an issue with ants they came quickly and solved the problem for me. They are careful when it comes to children and are on time for the appointments.

THEY DID A REAL GOOD JOB. THEY CAME ON TIME AND WERE REALLY COURTEOUS. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY THEY WORKED SO HARD TO MAKE SURE THEY COVERED EVERYTHING. I AM HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THAT THEY PROVIDED FOR ME.
