Established in June 2018 out of South Florida, OTM is putting itself ON THE MAP by providing ultimate customer service to those in need of restoration & cleaning services. Trained and administered by hospitality professionals, our OTM Team takes service standards to the next level. Restoring for YOU. Anywhere. Anytime is the motto our team prides itself on. To assure that motto, we are projecting to open additional locations by end of 2019 in Central & Northern Florida to serve all Florida Residents.

Took the time to teach us about mold, the testing process and the mold remediation protocol along with potential health concerns - what to expect in the process, things to consider in the cost of the project. Received the detailed report and lab analysis within 24 hours and had a follow up call to have the details of the report explained and to answer any additional questions. Would recommend their services.
