We have an older elevator in our home and the door did not shut and open properly due to a broken latch. Other companies had not been able to fix it, but when I got in touch with this rep he had it in his car and made an immediate appointment and showed up on time and fixed it right away, charging about $600.00. I don't think it was cheap - but he recognized the urgency and scheduled promptly and fixed correctly, so I'll take it. Thank you!

Ocean Elevator completed the installation within the time frame promised and also took extra time to fully instruct us on all the functionality required to operate our stair lift. I would gladly and joyfully state, our experience with Mr. Badia and his firm was outstanding! I highly recommend Ocean Elevator!
