The results were good; the quality of the materials seems good and the finish work was well done. The installation crew were courteous and friendly.  But there were three issues -- all with the management or owner:
1. Once the installation began, communication was frustrating.  They avoided giving a straight answer on what the process would be or how long it would take.  I work from home and it was very inconvenient not to know when the workers were coming or how long they would be there.
2. Although the contract specifically states that they would replace the wood bucks around the windows three of them did not pass inspection -- because there was no wood.  One of the workers later apologized to me for not putting the wood in place, so obviously they knew they should have done it.  This meant the whole installation took at two days longer than it should have because they had to remove and reinstall those three windows and have them reinspected.
3. Because of the above, I called the owner to see about getting some discount on the final bill.  Before I even got to present my case, he threatened to place a lien on my property if he did not get his full payment within 72 hours.  He was very rude, threatening, and heavy-handed with me on the phone -- way beyond what was appropriate in a first conversation about a dispute.  He had no interest in listening to my side of things.
Their sales materials say they are concerned with customer satisfaction...and absolute courtesy and that they "base our reputation and performance by satisfying our customers."  I experienced the opposite.

The guy was excellent. They did a very good job in a timely manner. Their bid was the cheapest. My overall experience with them was good. I would absolutely use them in the future.

After having to terminate the previous contractor for failure to complete the job satisfactorily, we found the Ocean team working in another apartment in our condo building. They were excellent from start to finish. They knew what to do, proposed a very competitive price (all inclusive -- no variable or estimated items), and scheduled the work to begin during the next week. Four men appeared on schedule, worked all of each day, full-tilt, pausing only for a quick lunch. Team leader Nelson exhibited very impressive knowledge and skill, and all four worked together in a highly coordinated way. After the windows and door had been removed, prepared, and re-installed by the four men over three days, Hector worked alone to patch the plaster and install marble window sills. He was remarkably patient and meticulous, even mitering the stone in a corner where two windows meet. One worker was fluent in English and another spoke some English. Owner Yuxmiell Mujica (who makes up for his limited English with his attention to detail and his personal warmth) visited every day to check on progress. Usually Manager Omar Alvarez, who is fluent in English, visited also, and was always available by phone. (We never once had to wait to speak to him when we called.) The job passed all inspections without incident. Having worked with several sub-contractors in the process of a full apartment renovation in 2005, we can say Ocean Doors and Windows is the best we have yet encountered in southeast Florida.
