Great.....................never saw a more professional plumber.

I had a pipe leak on the connection to my washing machine.  The leak was serious and needed immediate attention.  I had not used O 'Steen Plumbing before but found them on Angie's List and called them around 5 PM.  The owner showed up promptly, had the proper equipment to thread a pipe and was able to fix the leak immediately.  He used a drop cloth and left the area clean.  Raymond was very professional, knew what needed to be done and fixed the leak for a reasonable price on a Friday afternoon.  I would definitely used him again and recommend him to family and friends.    Thanks Raymond for a job well done.

He came a little late, spend 15 minutes or so with the problem, got the leak stopped and didn't charge us. Told us to call him when we need a real plumber.

He was punctual, polite, and responded to the telephone message within minutes of the initial call.  The pipe was fixed.  My friend was thrilled to learn the water bill had not increased that month.   Surely, Mr. O'Steen's immediate response and competency is the reason.   
I just called him to resolve a plumbing problem for me and he returned my call within five ( yes, five) minutes on a  Saturday. 
Note:  the cost of service shown above is inaccurate, my friend described his rates as "reasonable."   The address of where the work was completed is missing per my friend's request.   However, Angie's List members should know the house is centrally located in Miami-Dade County, FL.
Expect a second review from me after he works on my plumbing issues.

When I met with them, they brought me pictures of homes that they had done in the past with some phone numbers to call if I wanted. They were very professional, personable and had good relation skills. They did clean up the area very well when they were done.
