NOVO ROOFING

I was beginning to have problems with my twenty-two-year-old roof, and contacted several roofers for estimates on either repairing or replacing it. Nick Novo impressed me with his knowledge of roofing materials and methods. He was courteous in answering phone calls and eager to help. His work proposal was superior to the others, and he allowed me to select from several options. I hired him to replace my roof, using three underlying layers to seal the roof from moisture and a type of concrete tile that closely replicated my original ones. He demonstrated care and responsibility throughout the job. Even after my roof had passed final inspection, he strove to ensure my satisfaction by addressing a minor cosmetic issue.

It didn't happen at all. Alex Novo (apparently this is a one man operation) did not return my first call until a second call and only after a few days. Even then, he didn't reach me but left a voice mail with a lame excuse. We traded voicemails, which resulted in my loss of confidence in his dependability. Lucky for me, my leak was not an emergency (which he did not know).

Was on time, work appeared to be good quality. They do a lot of work in my neighborhood.

Mr. Novo was prompt, courteous and he was always there to answer my questions and to remedy my concerns. Moreover, my roof has withstood several hurricanes without loosing any tiles, unlike many new homes in my neighborhood that have suffered severe tile damage!

THE WORKERS CAME PREPARED AND MOTIVATED. THEY ALSO BROUGHT A HUGE DUMPSTER TO THROW AWAY RUINED PARTICLES. I HAD A LEAKING PROBLEM, AND THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATED PRICE OVER THE PHONE, AND IT WAS ACCURATE. THEY INSTALLED THE ROOF NEATLY AND SECURE.
