"There was no disagreement I gave the client a written estimate for roof cleaning and included what everything that was done in the final price I asked for a deposit before I started the job and at the end of the job Client didn't want to pay the other half of the deposit because he felt I did the job too quickly. The client was ecstatic about the outcome and was very pleased with the results but I don't get paid hourly I get paid for an outcome and my expertise. I'm sorry for the inconvenience."
