We had them come in and quote. The owner Nicola is always involved from beginning to end. Once we agreed to the contract price. They came and isntalled. They were able to do so during working ours without disturbing our employees. Because of the height ceiling there was a need to use a machine to get up to the ceiling which they provided. The lamps were installed exactly as we requested. Nicola was always there checking the work of his employees. From experience with other contractors we have found that the electricians are allowed to do as they wish on the job-- Nicola manages a tighter leash on his guys making sure the final result is what the customer wants.
