We found the closest best reviewed plumber and these guys were straight around to clamp the leak. So glad we picked these guys, they were quick to fix the problem, worked around the issues they ran into, and dealt with the City water department when they showed up. They then came back late into the night when it started to leak again, at no extra cost. This company is superb, and would recommend them to anyone. Will absolutely use again.

This was the ONLY plumbing company to call back and send a plumber. Davaris (sp?) came out and was very cordial and professional. Straight and to the point, no BS. Came back, fixed what needed to be fixed and left on his merry way. No stress, no headaches. It's nice to support an American company. The owner contacted me to ask if everything was okay. Very satisfied and will use again and again. Highly recommend. Fair prices.

"[member name removed] I'm so sorry there was a miss understanding when I went there to remove your sink And saw that the base board and the paint was cut I understood and thought it was clear And when you asked us to rebuild your shower valve we did that for the same service charge In it was unfortunate I didn't have another slot the day you you called to Let us know you had had the paint and base boards installed So I recommended Roger from Pronto Plumbing to have your New pedestal sink installed, so you didn't have to wait on us and when I saw the mix up I offer and did pay the other plumbing company the Pronto Plumbing $298.00 for your pedestal sink install .. To this date you have not given up any money's we have no complaints from any customers in 30years we have been servicing So. Fl."

We love this company and have used them for years. They came out and cleaned out the sewer line. Over the years they have worked on our fixtures in in the house, replaced hose bibs at our request, and replaced our hot water heater. They are always courteous and fair. When we had the sewer line cleaned about 5 years ago, there was a problem with it a few days later and they came right back and redid the job for free. One of the best service providers of any type that we've used in nearly 30 years at this house.

I got them from Angie's List. It turned out great. His name is John Patrick. He is a good guy. I gave his name to my boss. He was very nice and reasonable. He did the work. I didn’t feel like I was being taken for a ride. He was serious about getting the job done. He did it and he left. I did give his name to other people. I liked him enough to recommend him to my boss who is very picky. I was very satisfied with him, so I am assuming I had no complaints. He was very professional. I was pleased with him and his work.

I called to have a handle put on my shower as the previous owners of my condo broke it off. The gentleman who came told me I would have to replace the entire valve $150 and then in addition have a new handle put on the valve. He claimed I could only use a specific type of handle. Afte he installed the handle he charged me a tremendous amount!!! Literally, all I had done was at most 20 minutes worth of work yet he charged me over $500!!! When I complained and said this was ridiculous he said, "Oh, I charge you $80+ for every time I came out here!" He had never discussed this with me before. The handle he put on does not even match up! There is a huge gap which makes the whole job look very cheaply done. I'm going to have to hire another plumber to comes and fix what he did. All and all I would never use this guy again.

My husband came home from work and found 3 inches of water in our freezer. He discovered the water was running through the ice maker and wouldn't stop. He tried to shut the water to the ice maker and that didn't work. So we called New England Plumbing and the owner came within 20 minutes to look at what was going on and fixed the problem quickly. We were very satisfied with his responsiveness, courtesy and service. We would highly recommend this company to any one who is looking for plumbing services
