Neat with Knight

Tatiana and team were so wonderful. They came ready to go and just got right into the job. They made suggestions for things I could get to help facilitate the unpacking and organizing. They worked tirelessly and the end result was awesome! They were all so professional and I couldn't recommend them enough.

We used Tati and her team to help my mom prepare for a downsize and move. We had gotten rid of a lot of stuff on our own, but Tati’s team was great in finishing with the downsizing and packing help we needed! They were super organized and help set my mom up with labeled plastic bins for the things she kept. Boxes were packed in one day. Overall, Neat with Knight was the right choice!

The team was incredibly nice, fast, and efficient—everything was done seamlessly. My space feels so much more functional and aesthetically pleasing. I found Tatiana in a moment of panic as we downsized from a 3-bedroom house to a 2-bedroom apartment. Within 3 days, she was at my apartment with Jenny and the two ladies made magic happen! Not only did they unbox 20+ boxes, they were able to maximize the space I had to fit everything I needed. They took time to ask about my preferences and habits to ensure they stored lesser used items in the back. The cabinets/drawers are not only aesthetically pleasing but easy to maintain which has set up me for success. I want to keep these ladies on retainer and consult them at all times for every nook and cranny of the house!

It went really well. I could not have done it without her. My mother passed away about two years ago and I could not do anything with her belongings. It was virtually impossible for me to do it on my own. Tatiana has the most positive attitude and which helped me face and complete the daunting task of going through every sentimental thing. She was very patient with me and is a lifesaver.     I will be hiring her again to organize my own home. I highly recommend her.

Tatiana was on time, offered lots of different ideas and got me started immediately.  Tatiana works on your schedule and handles as much as you want.  I couldn't ask for more.  She will be doing more organizing for me in the upcoming months and I would highly recommend her.
