Navarro Roofing

Everything went great. They were very professional and curteous. When you call the office, you always get an answer. They tell you how everything is and if there are any issues so they can be approved by you.

They gave us an estimate on the roof, but didn't tell me exactly how much wood they would need. Once the work started they started charging  for more and more wood. A few months after the job was complete the flat roof started leaking. I called them to come and look at it. It took a considerable amount of time for them to finally come out and look at the roof. The workers that came out told me that it was definitely their fault and they needed to add something else to the roof to fix it. But then when I talked to the owner of Navarro, he stated that I must have mis-heard the workers, because that wasn't what they had said at all! Well 2 years later, I am still dealing with a leaky roof.
