Maybe if they pitched for any appointments, I would probably have something positive that I could share.

Easy to schedule and they sent me an email reminder about the appointment. But they didn't show up, so that all doesn't matter. Irritated that I took 4 car seats out of my car and wasted a morning waiting around. Also don't like that the 800 number has no direct way to contact the local office.

They took my beat 02 escape and turned it into the beautiful show stopping stunner it was when I first bought it. Over the years, dirt, grime, trash and all the accompanying smells took over the truck. They reclaimed it for me and it not only looks great but also smells heavenly. I can't even believe it's the same car! I already used their online scheduling system to book my next appointment so I never have to deal with a dirty truck ever again. Thank you!

Mark was a really nice guy and did a good job. Got here a little before 3 and went at it all afternoon and early evening for like 4 hours. I came out every hour or so to check up on him and see how the work was going and he seemed busy each time. First time I came out he was using this brush inside the wheels to get the dirt out. 2nd time he was soaping the roof of the car with these hand mitts. Then he was clay barring the car and didnt miss a spot. Towards the end he was shampooing my carpets on the driveway and wiping down every part of the center console and dashboard.
Driving my car around later that night and the next day, it looked great. Will be calling again before the summer gets underway.
