Small delay due to storms in region but good transaction overall. Kelly was very attentive and accommodating.

Leo Rubio was very accommodating, but when the actual ship date came due, I called him and learned that the original driver - to whom I had made a certified check out for - was no longer the driver. This was just 2 days before scheduled p/u. I had to quickly adjust to cash for new driver, and found this unsatisfactory. Next time I will do my best with another company to insure that driver stays the same!

From beginning to end, it was a seamless experience. I was a little anxious about shipping a car because of negative reviews about other companies. Leo at National Car took the worry out of the experience He communicated regularly throughout the process and always replied promptly to my emails. We were making our arrangements a few days before Hurricane Irma was anticipated to make landfall, and Leo offered to modify the contract - he said I could cancel if he was not able to arrange for a carrier within 24 hours. I am so glad he was able to co me through. The pick-up and delivery went just as scheduled. The driver communicated well with no problem at either end.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I hired National Auto Transport to transport my car from New Jersey to Florida, where my new home was. Having an "A" rating on Angie's List, I decided to hire their services...what a mistake! After receiving what I considered a fair price, I signed the agreement and Leo Rubio, their representative, told me he would call when they had arranged to get a driver to accept my car for transport and I wouldn't hear from him until several days before the mutually agreed upon pick up date. Two days before my car was to be picked up, I still hadn't heard from Leo, so I called him. He stated that he found a driver and that he would either pick the car up on Friday or Saturday, but the driver would call the day before to confirm. On Friday morning at 7:00 AM, I get a call from the driver that he was on my street to pick up the car (no prior phone call, obviously). When I signed his paperwork, I noticed that he was charging me 600 dollars upon delivery, which was 75 dollars more than my contracted price with National, which was 725 dollars with a 200 dollar deposit. The driver said that the trip would take three days and it would be at my house on Monday. I told him that he needed to call my sister-in-law about an hour before he arrived as she lived nearby and would be taking delivery and paying him the balance. He agreed. After the driver left with my car, I called Leo to inquire why I never received a call from the driver prior to pick up and he said that it was "very unusual" that that happened. I also inquired about the price discrepancy, which he said was due to the gas prices going up after Hurricane Harvey and all of the drivers wanting more money, but he would credit me the 75 dollars back to my account (which never happened). On Monday, I called the driver to ask what time he would be getting to my house so I could call my sister -in-law and have her leave her house and take delivery and he answered " I'm still in Jersey!" HE HADN'T LEFT YET!! He told me if he could get out the car would probably be dropped off on Thursday. Not a phone call or a reasonable explanation as to why he hadn't even started the trip yet. Calls to Leo were fruitless, he danced around every issue, never answered my emails and as of today, has not issued me my credit for the overcharge. The car was finally delivered on Friday, full of bugs, a full four days after the promise date. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Mr. Cooper was very professional.He tells you the steps you need to take (paperwork wise)for your car,approximately when your car gets to the final port,he brokes down the price for me as well,which I found to be nice.He kept in touch with me throughout the whole process of shipping my car to Hawaii.My car arrive oneday early which was amazing.I will absolutely use again and recommend.Thank you.

This was my first car transport experience, and National Car Transport made the process simple and easy! The initial quote was given immediately, and a representative reached out to give an accurate number for the situation. No hidden fees! Everything was very honest and up front. I researched quotes from several transport companies, and this was the lowest one. This quote was even honored weeks later when I needed to have my car transported on short notice. Leo, my sales representative, was attentive, understanding, and available. He was able to use Nation Car Transport's large contact base to get my car transported from St. Louis, MO to San Luis Obispo, CA. My car arrived 5 days prior to the expected date, in great condition. I wish I needed to transport more cars just so I could work with National Car Transport again. Great company!!

Awesome great communication through out process

From start to finish it was remarkable. I had to change my request about one week before pick up and it was no problem. Car transport can be a very tricky business, not National, calls answered. Driver was timely, professional.

We made a deposit via credit card on 1/26/2017 for pickup on April 24th. We never received a call from National again. We called two weeks prior to April 24 and were told we would hear from the driver. We again called one week prior to pickup date and again were reassured we would hear from the driver. We again called National on April 23rd and were given the driver's name and phone number. We then called Ken who was not our driver but he told us our driver would be Victor who would call us one hour before pickup. Victor did call us the morning of the 24th. He picked up and delivered our car and we were pleased with his service. BUT he demanded additional money over and above what the contract called for. Whatever transpired between the broker, National and the carrier, South Florida Auto Carriers, it took 45 minutes before they released our car to us while we waited on the street.

The whole process was very good from the first phone call to when the car was delivered. Driver was very careful loading and unloading the car from an enclosed transport.

Very professional. Price was better than other providers I looked at. Communicated with me throughout the journey. Arrived on time. Would definitely use them again!
