Very prompt turnaround time, reasonable prices, I will definitely use them again.

It went well. Contact was on time for initial meeting, but talked a lot about the latest (read most expensive) styles - which almost resulted in his not being hired. However, we were able to agree to a style and color, and they were quickly installed.

My experience with Myriam Interiors started by them explaining my options and giving me great suggestions. Peggy was very nice and made me feel like family not just another customer. As soon as my order was ready they gave me a call to let me know.
At first there were some minor errors with my order. As soon as I informed them of this, Jeff took immediate action to "make things right".  
Bernardo the installer was also very nice and showed up at the promised time. Punctuality is very important to me and goes in hand with the good customer service they provide. 
Because of the way that they handle themselves I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. I work in real estate and I will definitely refer my customers to them.

After an initial issue they very expeditiously resolved this matter with me. Spoke to the manager Jeff and he resolved the issue. I am now happy with the job and would consider using them again.

Jeffrey was very helpful. I needed new window treatments for two large patio doors in a rental property. I had something in mind but he explained why verticals would be less expensive and more durable for rental. They gave me samples to take and compare with wall cover and carpet. Then someone came and measured very carefully. Installation was done quickly and well
One small complaint is that I wanted two extra verticals to keep just in case. I had to pay for them and still they never got them.
I plan in using them again this week.

First, I actually went to their headquarters to see the company. They have a small showroom connected with a large workspace of SR-826. Parking was difficult. However, you really don't need to go to their store. They will come to you. 

The interior designer brought over samples of fabric. The first fabric I chose was no longer available so I had to choose a second fabric (he came again with samples). The installation was done quickly and well. The drapes are lovely. I have no complaints.

i needed parts for vertical blinds that i have in a rental home. i didn't know anyone repaired blinds in today's disposable society but not only did they have the parts, they installed them and were pleasant to deal with. so many places completely ignore you when you walk in, it's like they don't need your business. even though they were very busy and i had to wait to be helped, they acknowledged me and said they would be right with me, with a smile.

It was a fine experience with Myriam Interiors. They did a good job.

Estimator was right on time and very professional. Work was completed on time and was of the highest quality. Very easy company to work with.
