2 day cleanup this is day one and a lot is being done very hard workers so far so good

Awful! Ground was not properly graded or prepared for sod & had to be replaced in it’s entirety. Lost 6 Podocarpus which were planted without additional soil being added. All bromeliads planted in areas were they have had to be removed because they are sunburnt & horribly damaged. Japanese Fan Palm died & had to be removed. They were supposed to add new rock to an area & they dumped it on the old rock which was of a completely different type: white marble chip & red lava vs river rock. Now its all mixed together. We contacted them & they acknowledged & advised they would come to check the work but they never came out & eventually stopped replying to my messages.

After using a very expensive lawn care service to maintain our yard, I began looking into cheaper alternatives. That's how I stumbled upon MRC.
I have been using them for a few months and they are AWESOME! They do a MUCH better job than previous companies at a fraction of the price.
I cannot attest to other services they offer, but if you need your lawn done, they can't be beat!

First of all they were very punctual and looked very professional. The lady supervisor, Teresa, seemed to be on top of her men working and they inspired us confidence.

But then not the same fairy tale. I thought there was not enough dirt but they said it was plenty.

Once they were finished the ground was incredibly lumpy and was not leveled. We could not walk on it without twisting our ankle. In point of fact our gardener was also trimming hedges on that day and he mentioned this to Teresa who told him that and quot;Mr. Niels want it this way, he wants it lumpy...and quot;??? That is a blatant lie, I never mentioned this and in fact I showed Teresa all the tractor tracks and she guaranteed me that it will all level out and will be very nice to walk on. To this day we cannot walk on our yard without twisting our ankle and my gardener told me he cannot cut the grass leveled because there are so many deep holes....

They said not to worry that the ground will level out over time when the sod took root and to make sure we water the grass everyday for 2 weeks to a month to make sure the grass will take root. That's what we did.

In early February we called and explained the situation to Teresa. She was very brief, short and cold with us and she asked us if we watered enough. We said we did as they advised us and in fact so much that we now have to treat the grass for fungus (very expensive treatment). At that point she said there was nothing she can do for us and that she will discuss this matter with her husband and get back to us. That was around 3 weeks ago and we still have not heard from her or him. We called this morning and nobody picked up so we left a message.
