Work has not been performed as yet, but this contractor came out on time. Showed me his license and insurance information. He has been keeping in touch, as I await my insurance to finalize payment for repairs. I cannot grade them on price and quality as they have yet to perform the work. But will give them an "A" for responsiveness, professionalism and punctuality.

CARLOS CAME TO MY HOME TOOK MEASUREMENTS MADE DRAWING PLANS. GAVE US THE ESTIMATE WISH WE APPROVED WERE THINKING THESE WAS A JOB THAT WOLD TAKE HIM A WEEK, HE WAS DONE IN A DAY 1/2 NO DUST, PLASTER OR PAINT ON THE FLOOR. WHEN WE GOT HOME FROM WORK HE GAVE US THE SURPRISE! HE TOOK EXTRA TIME TO INSTALL THIS CLOSET SHELVE WITH PARTITIONS THAT I HAD PURCHASE IN HOME DEPOT SO I COULD INSTALL MY SELF LATER ON. THIS GUY IS AWESOME!I WILL BLINDLY RECOMMEND HIM. MY NEXT PROJECT WOULD BE CONVERTING A BACK PORCH TO A STUDIO APARTMENT WITH AN OFFICE, AND FOR SURE HE IS THE MAN I AM HIRING FOR THE JOB. HE GAVE US NO TIME TO BUY THE BEDROOM SET!
