HORRENDOUSLY, Not only did they change the pricing structure and undercut me on estimate the day of AFTER my things were on the truck but we are now sitting at day 14 with my things not delivered and no delivery date in sight. I have called and asked for support and get the run around from both MovingAPT and their parter company Big Shoulder Moving and Storage. NEVER use either company and stay far away.

Horrible----we had contracted a date that we paid extra for a holiday weekend. We was notified less than 24 hours that it would not occur. We was left in a stressful situation to find someone who could move us, we had no choice or other date. It cost us a lot of stress and money. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE once you contract with them.
