We've had a great experience so far. My wife and I were very pleased with Randy's ability to play with different ideas and bring his own insights to the project. He works with modern tools and is extremely responsive. He became very familiar with Miami Shores code so that the project would get the blessing of the Zoning board. We are also happy that Randy brings a sustainable angle to the project and helps us make the appropriate selections.
