Serving the Miami-Dade County community for a combined 25+ years between the company officers, our goal is to maintain integrity, cultivate trusting relationships with our customers, and deliver quality electrical service. Modeste Electric Inc vows to maintain honesty with each interaction, from the initial phone call, service date and time, the pricing discussed and billed, to the return for warranty repairs. Modeste Electric is great. I called them for an electrical outlet problem I was having in my garage. We set an appointment for them to come out. The day prior, they called to confirm our appointment. The day of, they were better than on time. They called to see if they come out a little early. When they arrived, we discussed the problem, the price and they commenced the job. They completed the job and it was done perfectly. I had an issue a couple of weeks later, and they remembered me and was able to swing by to help me with the other issue because they believe in customer service. What I liked about Modeste was that, they were professional, punctual, they stood by their quote, and they had an attention to detail. I would highly recommend Modeste Electric for any of your electrical needs.
