Mister Sparky

Mister Sparky is supposed to be an Electrical Franchise in the State of Florida. But, what they are is an "ORGANIZED CRIME Group" operating to defraud people from multiple offices throughout the state of Florida. This is NOT the case of 1 individual Contractor working without a license. My request to Angie's was for a license Electrical Contractor to have entered an Application for an Electrical Permit in the city of Miami Lakes, Florida where I live. A job that other local individual Licensed Electricians had quoted me $800-$900 dollars. But, I choose Mister Sparky because of being a Franchise group, I thought they would have been more reputable and professional and I paid them in full $4,152 on the day they came to my home. Jean, the electrician who came to my home and took my money on Friday August 8, told me they would enter the Permit Application into the city of Miami Lakes in 3 days on Monday 11, 2025. Since then, I have called numerous times to multiple phone number and NO one has called me back, including Bruce Howard Fort, Jr the person holding an Electrical Contractors License showing on the signed contract.

Great job! SO happy to finally have the fan up and working. No more waiting on my husband to take care of projects for me. I know where to go from now on for help!

hey did was absolutely botched, and gaping holes were left in my walls and ceilings. The exterior work looks so bad and has aged horribly. They literally left a giant crater in the side of my house. What's important to know is that ***The work did not pass inspection for OVER TWO YEARS!! North Miami Beach pulled their work permit from Mr. sparky because of how much they were failing in the area*** - absolutely insane. The inspector who came to my house was astounded the first two times he came at how many things were done illegally. Eventually someone told me the original electrician who did the work (Zach) was fired from the company. Awesome. And if I hadn't stayed on top of them they would have never come out! Unbelievable. Now it's 2024, and my house still looks ugly where you did any work. All of my supposed "ten year" fire alarms have died (it's not even been four full years since installation), and you all told me they were out of warranty and that I woke have to call Kiddi directly. Absolutely ridiculous. Working with them is NOT worth the headache. They clearly spend all of their money on their commercials and advertising, not on training their team properly. For once I would like a SOLUTION from YALL, NOT a band-aid. Please pick up the phone and CALL me.

Mr. Sparky did good. They were a little on the pricey side but I really can't complain. The techs were absolutely phenomenal and knew there stuff. My tech name was Wayne and he orchestrated everything. My panel looks awesome.

They showed up and got the job done and even though they were a little pricey, id rather pay a little more to get the job done and done right. I cant complain.
