They are very good. What I like about it was how they were very quick and very professional. Isaacs, the guy who did both the pairs, did a phenomenal job. The only thing I didn't like is that I live in Coral Gables. The actual distance mile wise is not necessarily that far, but because of the traffic and everything else it is about an hour and a half away unfortunately. The cost for one pair of shoes was $35.00 and the other pair was probably $18.00. It was pretty reasonable for what they did. They were great. I liked the quality of the work. The price was reasonable considering what it costs to buy a new pair of dress shoes in the style that I like. It was maybe just little bit more than I was expecting, but otherwise it was nice. My biggest complaint was just the location, and that for me was just the fact that because of Angie's List I decided to go out there and try them. I have no regrets. It was just a little bit longer than I wanted it to. It took me close to 2 hours to get from there back to my house when I was leaving during work hours. I am genuinely very impressed with them. My biggest complaint was not the money but the issue with the distance. I thought it would be closer. They were great. They knew exactly what needed to be done. They were quick to help me and they were very quick to respond when I need it done. They did a good job. I would use them again if the distance wasn't an issue. I have got a third pair of shoes that I need to get some work done on and I don't know if I will actually go back there because of their location versus where I live.

Excellent experience. Proprietor is knowledgeable and professional. Great atmosphere: store chock full of items you would have diffieculty finding elsewhere.

He was quite good and congenial. I thought his prices were more than fair. I've gone back to him a few times. A polish and shine is about five bucks. I haven't had extensive work done but I still can tell that his services are certainly sufficient. He's someone that I would go back to again and again.

The torn piece was glued together haphazardly and still bothered my foot and did not look good or professional.

ISAAC IS AMAZING! I was fed up with expensive shoe repair services on Miami Beach and decided to try Isaac, despite the 30 minute drive. He was professional, courteous, quick (two days turnaround for 8 pairs!) and really reasonably priced. The repaired shoes look great and have been restored to their original quality. I would recommend his services to anyone!

What a gem of a place to have found on Angie s List. At first I was a little surprised that a company who advertises shoe repair would deal with vacuum cleaners and such, but this place does and does it well. They were very informative about what it was I needed to do in order to keep the unit running in top order, and adjusted the little problem it had very quickly. I highly recommend them for this.

His shop is worth traveling across town to. I took three pairs of shoes and a belt to Isaac for repair. Two of the three pairs of shoes had been resoled once but the work was poor and I was hoping to have it redone. Isaac took time to show me exactly why the previous work failed and told me he wouldn't do the work on those shoes because it wouldn't last -- that it would be a waste of my money. He also showed me how to fix my belt myself. He repaired the third pair of shoes only and did a great job. He is very kind, very honest and very good. I will take all my shoe, luggage, vacuum, and sewing machine repairs to him in the future.

Mr Sabag is very competent at all he does and if the work will not hold up refuses to do repairs on inferior merchandise. He works 6 days a week and can be depended on to do work right the first time. He is prompt and will tell you when your work will be completed and if there are problems incurred while doing something he will go out of his way to do it correctly at the same price quoted in most instances without charging for the additional work needed. He will call you if repairs will run more than quoted before proceeding on the job. If he cant fix it he will return it to you put together not in a mess of parts.
