She's right now with Prudential. I've used her several times and recommended her to others. She knows the market and she moves very quickly. She takes charge of the whole process and sees it through from start to finish. I would give Mildred an A specifically, but I don't know about the company. She charges the standard real estate agent commission. I think it's either 6% or 7%, whatever the standard rate is. I have referred her to several people; all of who have used her have said the same things about her.
