The door was installed OK, but it did not close unless it was locked. I tried for 1 1/2 months to get someone to come and check the door. I finally gave up and called a locksmith. He had to file down a part of the locking mechanism, and he found the lock installed UPSIDE DOWN! The door shuts now.

THEY INSTALLED FOUR WINDOWS IN MY HOUSE AND DID A GREAT JOB. A FEW OF THE WINDOWS WERE IRREGULAR BEFORE, BUT WHEN THEY FINISHED THEM, THEY WERE ALL PERFECTLY ALIGNED.

THE WINDOWS WORK SMOOTHLY AGAIN, AND THE SHUTTERS WERE INSTALLED WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. THE SCREENS DID NOT FIT AFTER THE NEW SHUTTERS WERE INSTALLED. I HAVE NOT BEEN SUCCESSFUL AT GETTING THEM TO COME BACK OUT AND INSTALL PROPERLY FITTING SCREENS.
Description of Work: REMOVAL OF SHUTTERS AND SCREENS DAMAGED BY HURRICANE, INSPECTION OF WINDOW FRAMES FOR REPAIR NEEDS, MINOR MAINTENANCE TO RE-ALIGN WINDOWS IN FRAME, INSTALL NEW SHUTTERS AND TRACKS.
